Intermediate Stunt Skills Workshop

Each participant will receive a certificate of completion

Workshop Duration: 3 hours
Cost: £50 per person
One Coach with or without a Stunt Group of five Cheerleaders can attend for this fee

If attending two workshops on the same day, the total amount payable is reduced to £95 per person

Intermediate Stunts Two High:

Includes:

• Improving technique for the stunts covered
• Covering a number of mounts and dismounts including 180 Twist up
• Improving training programs
• Single Leg Stunts
• Partner Stunts
• Basket Toss drills

Aimed at qualified experienced Coaches, wanting to improve on existing knowledge and skills

Suitable for Coaches already experienced in the coaching of Jump in Elevator and Cradle Dismounts

It will help build confidence and increase knowledge in Intermediate Stunts

The Workshop is a mixture of theory and practical work, so please wear appropriate clothing and footwear
